Tracking Logs - Cooperative Sudden Oak Death Program

  Feature Details and Samples

Among the many reporting options available, a nursery may produce a printed tracking log for receipt and/or shipment of SOD host plant material.

The report matches the suggested format outlined in the Federal Compliance Agreement for the new Federal P. Ramorum Order -
Exhibit D.

You may request a report of host plants shipped or received for any desired date range and sorted in any of the following ways;

  • primary sort (group) by plant material and then by receiver or grower

  • alphabetical sort by receiver or grower

  • primary sort (group) by state and then by receiver or grower

  • date order of shipments out or product received

In addition, the USDA stamp with grower ID number is imprinted on the customer invoice and shipping documents.

Hopefully, these printed grower reports may reduce the administrative costs associated with inspection compliance.
